 +If you have the **Custom Game Titlebar** (comes with CarbuncleTech) enabled you need to __disable__ it. Or any XIVLauncher/Dalamud plugins that change the window title.

 +Then restart the FFXIV client, it's important to restart FFXIV since the Teamcraft app uses the client's window name to find the process to capture the packet. The window has to be named exactly ''FINAL FANTASY XIV''

 +This is a restriction of a library that TeamCraft uses and can't be bypassed. The plugin only needs to be disabled when you are updating the retainers in TeamCraft so if you are using it then clean up your retainers and when done just re-enable it.

 +Packet Capturing has to be enabled in order for the app to read your inventories.

 +If you have an issue getting it to read inventory then you might need to enable the Use RawSocket option and run the app as admin. Though normally if there's issues then it's normally a window title name issue.

 +If there's still an issue reading the inventory packets then try:
 +
 +  *  Close RB/Minion/XIVLauncher
 +  *  Close FFXIV
 +  *  Close TeamCraft
 +  *  Reopen TeamCraft
 +  *  Open FFXIV with the original SE launcher
 +  *  Do not start RB or Minion
 +  *  See if the inventory will load
 +  *  If still not then try the Raw Sockets & Admin option
 +  *  Could also try disabling windows firewall

 +Anything beyond those steps you will need to go to the TeamCraft discord for help, it's not my app and after hours fighting with it I was able to find out the issues I had revolved around the game window's title.
